Oniel is a superior trainer, especially in his ability to listen and assess individual needs. He customized my workout perfectly and I left feeling stronger and more confident in my ability to develop more upper body strength. I am a 65-year-old woman and the workout made me feel youthful. Oneil is an excellent specialist focused on developing individual programs for his clients to make them perform their best at all times. For me he has been critical in developing a strength training regime to keep me fit and to maintain my balance and agility. He incorporates into his training normal, everyday actions in order to ensure that his training has practical benefits outside of the gym. He is thoughtful and focused and knows how to motivate. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to stay strong and healthy.Great experience! I arrived for my massage on a very cold and wet day this was exactly what I needed. Oniel is a very talented massage therapist , he used different massage techniques during my treatment which really impressed me. He is very professional and I felt very comfortable during the session. The location is very central and convenient. Excellent service. Highly recommend

Oniel was very accommodating for me to be seen last minute. I was having serious back issues and he was very attentive to what I needed in order to get some pain relief. I highly recommend Oniel and his services. Not only is he a very attentive and knowledgable massage therapist, but he is also a very kind person!

Because I do both individual and group training with Oniel, I have seen as well as experienced his ability to adapt exercises and his style to the unique needs of each client. In addition, he is a nice guy who understands my limitations while encouraging me to push beyond what I think is possible – while making sure I don’t do anything I shouldn’t. In addition to training, his massages have helped me manage my chronic back pain and keep me mobile. His primary concern is the wellness of his clients. The best. Oniel needs to come back to Australia with us because he is much more professional and value for money than massage therapists in Perth WA. I suffer from occipital neuralgia from road cycling and was in pain after 1 week in Girona and Oniel knew how to treat my complaint and back cycling the next day with neuralgia gone. Thank you.

I was visiting friends in Girona for a few days last week and had the opportunity to be given a massage by Oniel. I can't recommend him more highly. The massage was excellent. Oniel gave a very deep and soothing massage. In addition to the massage he also stretched me, which was an added bonus. Oniel is very personable, has a great sense of humor and loves what he does, which is very evident in his work. I look forward to booking another appointment with Oniel, the next time I visit Girona.I went to Oneil after First stage of MTB race. His techniques and knowledge helped my legs and back so I could go ride 51 miles the next day. Highly recommend for cyclists visiting Girona.
Great massage, you won't be dissapointed. Book with confidence. I got a 90 min sports massage and legs + body felt great afterwards. I liked the mixture of techniques depending upon what my body needed.
I had very tired legs and a tight lower back after a few days riding around Girona. Oniel gave a really great, strong massage and some great stretches for my hip flexors.
